- Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by them. “Owners” refers to the legal owner of the dog and any present handler of the dog.
- Puppies and dogs must be properly licensed, inoculated (including up-to-date Rabies, Bordatella and Distemper vaccinations), spayed or neutered and healthy.
- Animals must wear a collar and ID (including dog park membership tag) at all times.
- Gates must be kept closed except when entering or exiting.
- Dog park hours are 6am - 8pm.
- Remove pinch, spike, and choke collars prior to entering the fenced area.
- Sharing of Dog Park entry code with non-members will result in loss of membership. Safety of all dogs is of primary importance.
- No children 12 years of age or younger are allowed inside the fenced area; children aged 13-18 are permitted inside the fenced area only when accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
- Owners are responsible for the actions of their dogs:
- Owners must clean up after their dogs
- Owners must fill any holes that their dogs dig
- Owners must maintain control over their dogs:
- Dog owners must carry a leash at all times, closely supervise their dogs, and at no time may the owner leave the fenced area without his/her dog
- Owners shall not leave their dogs unattended or allowed out of sight
- All dogs must be on-leash until inside the fenced area
- Owners must discourage excessive barking
- Dogs should be under voice control at all times
- Owners shall remove their dogs from the park immediately if they show any sign of aggression or are involved in a fight
- The following are not allowed in or outside of the fenced area:
- Aggressive dogs (including dogs showing aggression toward people or other animals, and those who with a history of aggressive behavior)
- Dogs that are ill or injured
- Puppies under four months of age
- Animals, other than dogs
- Food, dog treats of any kind, glass, or alcoholic beverages
- No climbing on or over the fence.
- No smoking or tobacco use inside the fenced area.
- Violators will be subject to removal from the park and suspension of park privileges.
